The Spartans fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 7-3 loss to the Ballers. The Ballers scored on a single by Raynathan and a groundout by Jackson in the first inning.
Ballers got things started in the first inning. The Ballers then scored three runs in the seventh inning. The big inning for Chadwick Bay Ballers came thanks to walks by Jackson and Drew and a single by Raynathan.
AJ got the start for the Ballers on the mound. The righthander allowed three hits and one run over four innings, striking out four and walking one.
Austin lead things off the mound for the Spartans. The lefty surrendered three runs on three hits over three innings, striking out four. Hunter and Mason entered the game as relief, throwing two innings and two innings respectively.
The Spartans totaled eight hits in the game. Hunter and Jayden all managed multiple hits for the Spartans each collecting two hits.
The Ballers racked up eight hits on the day. Raynathan and Anthony all collected multiple hits for the Ballers.
