Spartans defeated Anjo Bombers Blue 8-2 by consistently putting runs on the scoreboard Sunday.
In the first inning, the Spartans got their offense started.
Brayden L was on the hill for the Spartans. The bulldog surrendered zero runs on two hits over four innings, striking out five and walking one.
Ehren P toed the rubber for the Bombers. Ehren lasted three innings, allowing five hits and six runs while striking out four. Aiden P threw four innings in relief.
The Spartans racked up eight hits. Max S and Brayden L all had multiple hits for the Spartans. Brayden and Max each collected two hits to lead the Spartans. The Spartans tore up the base paths, as four players stole at least two bases, with Owen S leading the way with five.
