Four hits from David S. helped lead the Spartans past the Lancaster Knights 18-1 on Saturday. David singled in the first, tripled in the second, singled in the fourth and singled in the fifth.
The Spartans notched 7 runs in the fourth inning with David, Austin, Leo, Jaxon and Anthony all driving runs in.
Austin led things off on the pitchers mound for the Spartans. Lasting four innings, allowing four hits and one run while striking out five.
The Spartans totaled 16 hits in the game. David, Anthony, Jaxon and Brayden each had multiple hits. David led the Spartans with four hits in five at bats. The Spartans tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Jaxon led the way with three.
